Speedy, good quality prints. Sent electronically

3600 photos in over 150 envelopes

I sent 3600 photos of differing sizes in over 150 envelopes with title of contents for each one. Quite a task for the firm. Each envelope had the same sized prints in them to help the copying process. I asked for folders and got them back as digital folders, each with the envelope title, in two zip files. Excellent quality and excellent service. Thoroughly recommend them.

Brilliant service from start to finish

Brilliant service from start to finish. I emailed a query before placing g an order and this was responded to very quickly. Having placed my order I was kept informed at each stage of my photos journey. The whole process for 2000 photos, some if which were fragile and damaged was completed in less than a week. Would highly recommend.

A gold standard for service and quality

The service was superb and the quality of the digitised prints absolutely amazing. From the initial acknowledgement e mail to the return of our prints, memory stick and disc we couldn't have been more delighted. We had approximately 1300 photos digitised. Some were poor quality and some small prints for which we don't have any expectations. How wrong we were. Brilliant.

Fast, Efficient, Great Scans

I bought my mum a Google Nest Hub for Christmas and she asked me could she have her old photographs displayed on it. I have a personal scanner, and although I started to scan a few photographs, it was quickly apparent that this would take me weeks/months to do, and I quickly gave up. After a few Google searches and reading a few reviews, I decided to use Best Photo Scan to do the job. I am so glad that I did! I received my scans after about 3 days and the orginal photogrpahs a couple of days after that. Upon receiving the scans, I spent the rest of the day looking through the old photographs. They look fantastic on my 27-inch monitor. The day was quite emotional as it obviously brought back memories of relatives who are no longer with us. I hadn’t seen some of the photographs for over 20 years and now they appear as a slideshow on mine and my mum’s Nest Hub. We are made up with the service Best Photo Scan.

Simple, intuitive site. Found sites with similar prices but think I remember Best Photo Scan working out as one of if not the most competitive for the amount of photos we needed digitising. The actual service and the return of the original photos was quick (a few days). The quality of the digitised photos is also good and as expected based on our selections. Having pulled all my photos out of the loft, I decided it was time to get them digitalised so I could share with family. After a quick google search I came across ‘Best Photo Scan’ and on reading the reviews decided to give them a go. I am so pleased I did, they were excellent in all aspects; communication, quality of scans, price and turnaround. Some of my photos were so old and some not in the best condition (sticky from removing from albums) I thought there was no way they would be scanned - how wrong was I! The download from the cloud was very easy and I received my originals back within a couple of days. I now have my 1500 photos in digital format that I have shared with family and what a great response I have had. Thank you so much Craig.

Like many of us, digitising my old school photos has been on the list too long... I looked at different providers and am really glad to choose Best Photo Scan! Everything went quickly and smoothly, great quality! Easy to transfer the files from their cloud to my Google Drive. My original prints arrived home quickly too. No hesitation to recommend!

I can't praise Best Photo Scan enough. Everything went smoothly and precisely in line with the process outlined on their website (actually a little quicker than promised!). The photos were expertly scanned and, despite postal strikes, the originals were returned safely within a couple of days of downloading the scanned images. I strongly recommend Best Photo Scan.

I have just used Best Photo Scan to scan over 2000 photos, the results are fabulous. Even the overexposed and the very old black and white photos are great quality. My nan passed away recently and we went through the family photos and I thought this would be a good opportunity to digitize them as I was the last generation to really grow up without camera phones etc... I didn't have the time or energy to scan all the photos I wanted converted myself, so I went online looking for a company who would do this for me. Best Photo Scan had a good rating on Trustpilot and their estimation for cost was accceptable so I thought it was worth a go. They did a fantastic job for me, postage was quick and easy and communication throughout the process was excellent too. If I decide I want anymore scanned, I will certainly be using them again, Thank you for doing a great job!

Great Service and Results

I used Best Photo Scan to scan old family photos from the past 40 years and I was so pleased with the results. The online ordering system was really easy and sending them off was simple (I used a UPS drop-off service). The photos were stuck in a cupboard for years so to finally have them digitally to be able to enjoy and share with other family members is priceless. The team were really helpful when I had a query and I can't recommend their company / services enough.

Great communications including confirming receipt, when the job was being started and when it was complete. Photos returned safely with the promised DVD. Very impressed as they even managed to scan a few photos that were below the minimum size. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Perfect nostalgic gift

Found this company online and surprised my wife for Christmas with a nostalgic gift. Sent photos off. Was slightly apprehensive about them being lost but sent and received by recorded delivery. Scans were good quality, price very reasonable and communication from the company could not have been better!

500+ 40 year old photos beautifully digitised!

I reached out to Craig at Best Photo Scan as I had just over 500 old photos of various sizes and types that were of my childhood and I wanted them digitised as they were a little worse for ware. From the initial outreach and response through to receiving my digital copies the service was excellent and communication spot on as he kept me updated with progress on my order and how things were going. The finished product really surprised me as the quality was so good I can barely tell they're not originally digital copies. These photos are from almost 40 years ago too! Fantastic photo scanning service

This is a great service. I sent off about 1500 old photos to be scanned and they were completed in about a week. The standard of scanning was excellent and they arranged the photos in folders as I had requested. I received a link to download all the digitised photos when the scanning was completed as well as receiving a copy on a USB stick along the the hard copy photos, when they were returned by courier. Excellent communication throughout the process. Would highly recommend this service.

A job well done

I am very pleased with the results of the work Best Photo Scan did for me. I sent what I thought was approx 1100 photos, but which turned out to be around 1950 of them. All have scanned well with excellent image quality, and have been supplied both via a download link and on memory sticks.
