Can you dispose of my old photos after scanning?

While we prefer not to dispose of your old photographs, we understand that some customers may not want them returned. If you wish, we can arrange for disposal of your originals after scanning is complete.

Otherwise, our standard practice is to return all original photos to you, along with a backup copy of your scans on DVD/USB. It is then up to you what you do with your originals.

If you would like us to dispose of your photos, please let us know after placing your order so we can note your preference.
